How far in advance should I promote an event?
We typically launch ad campaigns 2–3 weeks before an event. That gives enough time to build awareness and RSVPs without the audience going stale. Bigger events (holiday weekends, anniversaries) get a longer runway.
Can you help with my email list if I don't have one?
That's exactly where most restaurants start. We'll set up opt-in capture — at the host stand, on your website, and through social — and build the list from scratch. Even 200 engaged subscribers can move the needle.
Do you handle the creative (photos, video)?
We handle ad creative direction and copywriting. If you have good photos and video, we use them. If not, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot — and in some cases, we can coordinate production.
